30 min kickboxing, 40 min yoga (20 focusing on the core muscles and 20 doing stress relieve poses), then 2.47 miles at an average pace of 7'58". 

I'm a little stiff and sore from kickboxing yesterday.  I was definitely working some muscles that hadn't had attention for a while.  Stretching felt REALLY good today because of it though. :o)

Yeah for kickboxing!!! LOVE IT, and Yoga for that matter. And that was a seriously speedy little jaunt you took, as well! GREAT JOB!

thanks guys! I don't think I could have ran that fast if I were running a longer distance. :o) It was a short distance fluke. :o) The Kick boxing was fun, and the yoga was definitely relaxing.
