4 miles 55 min weight lifting class That's right people, I ran 4 miles today and it was the best 4miles I have ran in a very long time! I am thinking that the cardio and weight lifting classes that I have been taking are really helping! I feel like I am starting to get back into my old grove and it rally feels good!!! I am planning on running the Provo half marathon on August 7th. I am really staring to feel good about it and ready for the challenge. Happy 4th of July!!!! |
