Went out with some friends this morning for a run. I was not feeling motivates at all!! No one was!! We decided to run some hills today. We ran for about a mile and then ran up and down the "hill" twice. We are planning on doing that every Wednesday and increasing how many times we run the "hill". Once we feel good about that we will move on to "THE HILL". It is a stretch or road that is a continuously steep hill. I have run it a few times but want to do it faster. I'm not sure but I think it is about 2miles long. I need to start setting some goals that will help me see improvement. I have gotten faster but want to get stronger. Over all it was a good morning. |
