Pool running(with the best cousin the the world....Toby) 1 min, 2min, 3 min, 4min, 5min, 4 min, 3 min, 2 min 1 min ( 30 sec recovery) It was an awesome workout, and had a ton of fun! It took my a little while to figure it out but couldn't ask for a better partner. I am really excited for tomorrows workout. My shin is feeling a lot better today! |
