AM - 55mins I kept with the boys for a good while but at the tunnel I had to take a break, my legs hurt so bad for some reason and whenever I go uphill they literally feel like theyre going to expload. During the middle of the run I slacked a bit but then I started to do pickups and I made the last 15-20mins really solid so I felt like the run was still okay. PM - Weights Weights felt really good and I did a lot more weight than I usually do. Except now my whole body is sore but it'll be goooooood. |
