I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.

Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area. 

Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

i won!! i knew i had to risk a very quick start or else i wouldent win and it seeed to work out. its so weird! me and colton got the excact same time! 17:56 dang haha! im way happy with my race, i gave it 100%. now im just waiting on the jv medals haha

and the scarryest run award goes too.......neon spider!! im totally freaked out by spiders! im deathly afraid of them and after what devon said about shining a flashlight in there....im not looking forward to going back! it was cool to run with varsity again though, i wonder if i'll be doing what they do durring winter training or track, i want to. still way sore from yesterday.
