I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.

Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area. 

Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

3 miles morning was great.

relieved with the nice 4 miler

got my fancy german imported top of the line best of the best none better than, 5 star quality compression sleeves! at least they better be for the price i paid haha

felt crappy this morning so dident go to morning practice. probably would have if it was a required day but it wasent so i figured it was okay.

hard workout today! i had to go crap 3 times! twice durring the workout. on my last thousands i was pretty tired and had some breathing issues and side pains. it might have had something to do with the lack of water drank that day. i forgot my water bottle. i got the athlete of the week! put my shnazy sticker on my beautiful car to show off to the world of course. michigans on thursday haha exciteing!

striders hurt today! had a hard time pushing my speed to the max whyle consentrateing on form. oh well at least morning pracitce was good

morning run bla bla bla same old haha

did pretty sickly on my michigins not to brag or anything but seriously haha!! got b standard by a minute or so and i felt really good and strong durring the whole workout. hit all my times and kept increasing the pace. kinda dident have a kick the last 4 so that one of the things i can work on next time.
