I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.

Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area. 

Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

 this race was my fastest! probably because of all the cement and stuff. i started out pretty quick and slowly got a little slower durring the race. that motivation of being in the front wasent with me because of all thoes stinkin varsity runners but they werent the only ones in front of me, a few jv guys were to and thats not good. im really going to have to race harder next week if im even going to have a chance at winning region. very impresed with reeds race too, he was 15 seconds behind me and 3rd on the team
