I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.

Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area. 

Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

last run at camp!! i think that was the motiviation that drove our sore legs haha but the run felt pretty good. i couldent wait to get to lower elevation. camp was awesome despite the rain and crud and how hard it was to wake up each morning, but the underdogs will always come out on top (almost) in volley ball tournaments!! haha nerd wars should definantly be a anual thingy! the pvxc keychain thing is a really great idea too, i'll definantly be trying hard to earn thoes. 2nd time champ in the relays too! thanks coach! i cant wait for next years camp!!

I don't know why you guys are always bagging on your v-ball team, you made it to the finals (and were the only team to beat us)!
