When Burt McCumber makes a promise, Burt McCumber keeps a promise.  If I tell myself that enough, I might just believe it.  But I did get my "long" run in tonight.  I left at 9pm.  It was still 80° out.  It was dark, but I wish it was darker.  I felt like such a fat slob the whole time.  In fact, I motivated myself by telling myself that all the way.  It helped.  Helped give me even more low self esteem, that is.  How am I ever gonna get Tracy to be on one of my Ragnar teams if I'm this fat???

at least you have nice knee muscles.

From Tara on Sun, May 05, 2013 at 07:13:35 from 75.169.142.215

:)! Too bad I don't have access to party hats on my phone, because you certainly deserve one. Ok, you can use my name again. I also deserve ALL the credit for this run. Burt, I use to be so nice. You've turned me into a monster.

Lets try again...

Great job, Burt! I knew you could do it! You are the Ragnar King! Anyone would be honored to be your teammate! Keep it up!

Nice try Tara. I used to be nice, too. I don't know who turned me into a monster, but allie was the first one I started to pick on.

I'm impressed. Impressed enough to consider being on your team for something. But not if your belly jiggles when you run.

Just kidding. I can't criticize anyone for belly jiggle.

From Burt on Sun, May 05, 2013 at 20:26:55 from 72.223.88.98

I usually run at least one leg of my Ragnars with my shirt off, chest manscaped, and belly jiggling.

From Tracy on Sun, May 05, 2013 at 20:27:42 from 50.103.254.253

Can't wait.

From Terri on Tue, May 07, 2013 at 06:12:05 from 108.28.226.253

Who cares if you are jiggling. At least you did it! Now do it again.

From Burt on Tue, May 07, 2013 at 08:52:28 from 72.223.88.98

Terri - Don't you have a magic formula to get rid of the jiggles before I do it again??? Please?

From Nan on Tue, May 07, 2013 at 13:30:04 from 98.245.117.176

Yay! Good job running in all your jiggling glory. Believe it or not I have a lil' belly jiggle goin' on myself. Still haven't bothered cranking out some ab kicking core work yet. P90X anyone? Remember when you posted those inspiring vids of you sweating to P90X?

From Burt on Tue, May 07, 2013 at 14:38:18 from 72.223.88.98

Oh Nan. I did so much more in those videos than just sweat. I'm glad that's all you remember me for.
