Thursday I didn't run because I was volunteering at the Adventure Run and there was a chance that I might be one of the volunteers to run with the masses.  They had two others pace, which was fine because it was over 100º.  So I went to bed in my running clothes and then didn't run at all yesterday.  I'm sorry to admit to you all that I still have them on and finally did go running this morning.  I didn't feel great so I kept my pace above 10, but that's nothing new lately.  Have a great weekend everyone.  Going to shower now.  I hope I remember how.

Then you can tip a cow, after you plow, when you hear the cat's meow.

Ciao!

Hi Burt. Glad you got off the couch today ;)

Bahahaha! I actually spent more time on the couch today than I have in a very long time. I'm usually sitting on my office chair downstairs working. Figured it would be nice to watch Netflix with the rest of the fam :)

I hope you didn't shower in your running clothes. Nice week of running!

Nevernude!

From ACorn on Sat, Jun 21, 2014 at 19:59:07 from 71.213.41.74

I almost wrote that but didn't know if nude was blog appropriate.

From Burt on Sat, Jun 21, 2014 at 20:05:23 from 174.26.197.196

If Diet Coke is blog appropriate, then nude should be. Besides, Joe is that master at nudificationness.
