It felt kind of weird only doing 3 miles this morning.  I'm also noticing that it's taking me longer to warm up now that I don't have as much body fat to keep me insulated.

Time - 25:18 (avg. pace 8:26)

Splits - 8:33, 8:28, 8:17

Temp - 55

Merri - no band aid today, but yes for Saturday.

Would this happen to have anything with the nipple?

From Burt on Mon, Nov 09, 2009 at 18:16:50 from 68.76.197.194

The nipple is good. I'm just tapering.
