Run a half marathon in under two hours.

This morning's run was cold.  My phone said it was 39º, but it's been known to be wrong.  It might have been a little warmer, but that's still too cold for me.  I didn't like it.  However, it only took a half a mile before I remembered that my two extra layers of fat keep me warm once I've been running a few minutes.  So, that's good.  And this was the first time in forever that the entire run didn't feel like a plod.

Burt, I agree this weather in the 40s is freezing. It does help for faster running though. At least we aren't in Utah where it is in the teens.
