I think I've given my legs plenty of rest since Ragnar, but they're still incredibly tight.  I guess I should be doing more stretching.  If I have time tonight, I'll try to do a session of Yoga X.

I was pretty amazed watching the New York Marathon yesterday.  Those guys run faster miles than I've ever run, and they do it 26.2 times over.  I tried to get a fast mile in this morning.  No where near their times.

By the way, Paul Petersen almost qualified for the Olympic Trials Saturday.  Read his report if you haven't.  Pretty awesome.

Time - 22:58 (avg. pace 7:39)

Splits - 8:12, 6:25, 8:21

Where did that 6:25 come from? Oh yeah, you run 5s. Another guy on our humble blog took about 7th in that same marathon and a third apparently just had a bad day or he might have won it. Can't believe some of these bloggers.

Yeah. Sean Sundwall is an awesome runner, too. Both he and Paul ran the half marathon last year. If memory serves, Sean beat Paul by a few places. Not sure what happened with Jeff. Did he post about it yet? I'll have to check. His dad lives pretty close to me and is on the blog; pedsendodoc. Jeff is supposed to run the Mesa Mi Amigos 10k Turkey Trot in a couple of weeks. Hopefully I'll meet him.

What you really need to do it stop messing around and start posting more pics of yourself sweating and manscaping. Just a personal request.

I feel the same way when I watch those speedy people run. I couldn't even squeak out ONE of those miles...let alone 26.2 of them! Simply amazing!

I'll be on the yogaX tonight as well, so I'll see you there! :)

Scott - I'll see what I can do. It is almost time to "mow the lawn."

RAD - You probably didn't sense my qi last night since I didn't do the Yoga X. I had a million things going on and will have a million and one tonight. But I thought about you.

allie - glue? cryptic.
