Day 18 P90X - Yoga X

Lots of stretching.  Lots of losing my balance.  Lots of downward dogs.  Let's see.  What's 90 divided by 18?  5?  Yes.  I'm 20% done then.  I need to go on a run in the morning.

Don't you think it's strange that the Arizona monsoons are starting right when AZDesertMonsoon starts blogging again?  Bonnie, I think you're on to something.

Teena - I do hate that! Well, mostly when I'm hurting and doing allie's penguin shuffle.

Rhett - P90X strong! LOL!

Let's hope my knee holds out longer than the rainy season. My wife said to me the other day "Why do you always decide to start running when its hot."

Whatever you do, just don't send the bad weather this way.

AZDM - A little more rain would be nice.

Lily - monsoon does not equal bad weather. It equals fun!

allie - Thanks for the congratulations. Celebrating mediocrity.
