Buddy I'm still alive, and I'm here to remind you, of the mess you left since you went away, it's not fair to something something, of the cross I bear something else, giddyup giddyup, you ought to know.  That's the crummy song I had stuck in my head his morning.  And it was pretty much that same part over and over.  Now I was thinking how much I miss Montelepsy and Kungfublonde, and I know how much KFB loves Alannis, so that may be the reason.

Ahhh ! Some running ! Good for you. Still doing great splits ...

Its frustrating when you have a song stuck in your head, maybe the first 5 min its ok, but then its awful.

Have a great day.

Thanks Eric. I totally expected I would get some running in Saturday, but it's so dang hot. Sucks the energy right out of me.

105 miles on the bicycle for the week is not bad though.

From Eric Day on Mon, Jul 13, 2009 at 12:31:05 from 200.52.205.138

Agreed, good mileage on the bike. Totally !

Still, you should put in short runs in the heat to get your body accustomed to it, just an idea. =)

From Burt on Mon, Jul 13, 2009 at 12:35:41 from 68.76.197.194

You're right. I'll do better.

From Brent on Mon, Jul 13, 2009 at 19:40:13 from 76.8.201.223

Burt, two somethings add up to something. Nice run, yea, you wife would have fun with the team Tri. Better to sing songs where you miss the words than little house on the something something.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rools out

Good work - running in the heat is tough!

Great cycling too

You would surely be top of the cycling mileage board if there was one

From seeaprilrun on Tue, Jul 14, 2009 at 09:44:32 from 68.102.144.140

Wow you do great in the heat!

From Leandra on Tue, Jul 14, 2009 at 12:06:34 from 71.213.103.83

I'll tell you what song is stuck in my head- Annie are you okay, you okay annie?

Nice miles today and you've been hit by a smooth criminal.

From auntieem on Tue, Jul 14, 2009 at 12:12:03 from 67.182.145.8

I think the running in the heat thing is that for every 5 degrees over 70, you go 30 seconds per mile slower. Its total BS, though, or I would have busted 56 minutes in Saturday's 7 miler.
