Day 2 - P90X - Plyometrics - Tony Horton calls this the mother of all P90X workouts.  Funny, he called yesterday's workout, Chest and Back, the mother of all P90X workouts, too.  Seriously though, this is an extreme leg workout.  My hamstrings and calves are gonna hate me tomorrow.

Tracy had a pretty exciting race the other day on the runway of an airport.  It was run fast or get sucked in a jet engine.

I do hate you. I was hoping no one would ever find that picture.

Hilariously embarrassing. I don't know how I will repay the favor, but someday when you least suspect it, it's coming.

I saw that picture, and I just knew I had to use it. Something told me you'd REALLY like it. LOL!

Whose side are you on Rye?

From SlowJoe on Thu, Jul 08, 2010 at 09:15:06 from 84.11.148.246

I only laughed because that's exactly how I look in race photos...after half a mile.

Have you ever tried Insanity?

From april27 on Fri, Jul 09, 2010 at 00:12:30 from 99.188.251.180

OMG Tracy-if it helps that doesn't even look like you!

From Burt on Fri, Jul 09, 2010 at 00:20:10 from 68.225.214.248

Melody - I have done the recovery workout of Insanity. I was like, "This is recovery???" It was insane!

From Tracy on Fri, Jul 09, 2010 at 10:34:10 from 173.23.75.96

Sounds like Rye is on my side.

Good thing I'm off for the summer. Today I'm going to begin the story boards for a tribute to Burt. And to learn photoshop. You got a PowerPoint for that, too?

Just kidding. I can't enlist your help on your own humiliation...

And thanks April.

I actually only use Microsoft Paint. It's a poor man's Photoshop.
