Good job recovering. That's all I have to say....for now.

I didn't know you could do the splits.

From Burt on Thu, May 19, 2011 at 13:04:31 from 206.19.214.144

Sock it to me Merri!

Dale - You'll be back. You'll be back.

CinC - you just stole Nevel's joke.

Slow & steady, with the splits... you didn't mention stretching...

From Brent on Thu, May 19, 2011 at 14:35:11 from 168.178.30.219

Burt, suck in that gut - how did you run a 6:09 with the watermellon? Wow, nice job, immpressed. It would be interesting if you did some serious training, you have speed from your high school time, you could break 20 in a 5K and break 3:30 with ease if you dedicated yourself to the effort.

By the way, chest out, gut in, good practice for looking studly.

Set some lofty goals, give it a shot, go Burt.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rools out

From Burt on Thu, May 19, 2011 at 14:55:48 from 206.19.214.144

QP - Oh yes. Stretching. Lots of stretching. I'm sure the neighbors were watching.

Brent - You're right! I'll do it!

allie - I don't know if that will work. I tried to offend you yesterday, and it didn't work. Pretty sure my snake oil idea will work.
