AM Workout

Ab Ripper X/ Plyometrics

I was real careful not to bend and squat too far down to aggravate my hamstring.  It was still a good workout because the sweat levels were sky high.

Did you have to mop the floor when you were done?

From Burt on Wed, Mar 31, 2010 at 12:56:51 from 206.19.214.144

I was actually on a carpet, so, gross. But metaphorically speaking you could say I mopped the floor with Tony Horton's face.

Is Ab Ripper X as cool as it sounds?

From Burt on Wed, Mar 31, 2010 at 16:48:25 from 206.19.214.144

Words can't describe it, Rhett.

My wife does some of the Insanity workouts at home - sometimes I watch, while eating chips from on the couch. If P90X is anything similar, I'm impressed! I'll take a rain check.

Don't worry Burt, those splits weren't with the 5 fingers! I am not sure that I know who Aaron is. Is he a blogging pal?

From Burt on Wed, Mar 31, 2010 at 22:36:41 from 206.19.214.144

He's Nan's husband. Find Nan under my favorites. Then find Aaron under her favorites.

From Nan on Thu, Apr 01, 2010 at 14:01:29 from 174.51.250.151

Oh is sweating the true indicator of how tough the workout is? I've had it wrong all these years. Silly me, thinking it was heart rate. Next time I'll just go sit in a steam room. That'll be REALLY tough.

From Merri on Thu, Apr 01, 2010 at 15:27:52 from 160.7.252.148

my sweet levels have been sky high lately.

From Burt on Thu, Apr 01, 2010 at 16:54:13 from 206.19.214.144

Sam - Is that you riding the horse on the cover?

Nan - durrr. That's my little secret. Now you can go win another marathon.

Merri - Yours have been double because you have that sweet baby in the oven.

From Brent on Thu, Apr 01, 2010 at 20:21:16 from 76.8.201.223

Burt - sweat commando points - measured in buckets? 2 buckets of commando points = sounds hard = feeling good
