My weekly mileage has been pathetic lately.  I blame lack of sugar.  I also blame general laziness.  I better take it up a notch this week.

Time - 47:39 (avg. 8:30)

Splits - 8:36, 8:30, 8:25, 8:32, 8:27, 5:10 for 0.60 (8:34 pace)

I saw MichelleL the other day.  She was sportin' spandex like there's no tomorrow.

Burt - when the going gets tough - .... - easy to get in a funk during the winter months - I forgot, no winter months in Arizona - whats the excuse? Come on Burt - fast as bee, tough as a bear, they both love honey - 7:15s will put you in the money. I expect at least two 7:15 miles during your run, three times a week. Take the challenge and run with it.

Stay Kool, zzzzzzzz, B of BS Rools out

Joe - Thank goodness for safe search filters.

Sam - I swear I did not notice that. Only you would. I thought with the scissor-legs it wouldn't be a problem. I may need to do some image enhancing. I already thought about enhancing the bosoms, but I'm not that talented, and it would be a bit creepy on my part.

From Samantha Dean-Howard on Tue, Feb 16, 2010 at 15:58:26 from 90.195.99.188

Now Burt why would I notice that LOL you trying to say something ha ha ha

From Nan Kennard on Tue, Feb 16, 2010 at 16:31:00 from 174.51.250.151

I noticed it too. I'm glad you took it down, it was creeping me out. Bumps in the wrong places.

From Burt on Tue, Feb 16, 2010 at 16:42:21 from 206.19.214.144

It'll be back up tonight. I, uh, smoothed out, uh, well, let's just say I made some changes.
