Nice to see a Jillian advertisement first thing this morning.  How big is your weight loss goal?  You tell me Jillian.  You tell me.

This morning I took back Prince of Persia to the Redbox.  I liked it although it was pretty predictable.  It was Aladdin meets Pirates of the Carribean.  After the dropoff I put a 0.22 mile surge in at a 5:56 pace.  That was nice because the last couple of days my back has been bugging me.  The combination of sleeping on an air mattress and running up a mountain did me in.  Feels better today.  I think my wife forced Ibuprofen down my throat while I was sleeping.

I would rather run a marathon than watch Pirates of the Carribean, I cannot sit still for THAT long!

Chris, watch it while you run a marathon on the TM :)

Burt, nice work on getting out and getting the miles in - with or without the ibuprofen. That surge must've been because your load was so much lighter after dropping off the movie.

Chris - POTC - BEST...MOVIE...EVER!!!

RAD - I like you're thinking, both on the treadmill movie watching and the lightened load.

I listened to the Pirataes of the Carribean while I was running my ultra in September. Until the ipod got wet from all the sweating and quit working.

Your super speedy pace is well, super speedy! Nice work!!

QP - I listen to it at work all the time. Watching gets me in trouble, but I can listen and visualize :)

Nice surge!!! I also like POTC, but every time I watch it, the kids are being way too loud, so I can't ever understand anything that is said in the movie.

BTW, I started up my blogger friend list and you are number one.....so far.

I have the movie memorized, so no problem for me. But movies I watch for the first time I usually put the closed captions on.

Excellent idea. I'll try that next time

Diggin' the surge.

Ibuprofen is great, I take it for aches and pains, headaches, dementia, and before watching the Texas Longhorns play football.

From Kelli on Fri, Jan 07, 2011 at 19:34:20 from 71.219.84.215

I think you copied that from my blog from when I saw Prince of Persia!

Maybe I did Kelli. But I swear it was subliminal. Please don't sue me for copyright infringements.
