Day 30 P90X - Plyometrics X

Day 30?  Does that mean anything special?  Hmmm....can't think of anything....Oh well.

As for the workout, not to sound like a broken record, but I really brought it today.  I mean I really brought it.  I'll be running with Marathon Dreamer tomorrow.  I hope I can keep up with her.

Did anybody see RivertonPaul jump rope his way through his last marathon?  The guy is amazing.

LOL That would be a skipping rope here in England

From seeaprilrun on Tue, Aug 03, 2010 at 09:00:45 from 68.103.243.161

Nice, but can he hula hoop?

From Burt on Tue, Aug 03, 2010 at 09:27:26 from 206.19.214.144

April - he can hula dance.

From Tracy on Tue, Aug 03, 2010 at 09:42:21 from 173.23.75.96

Did you lose 3 pounds of sweat today?

From Chad on Tue, Aug 03, 2010 at 09:53:55 from 168.177.153.171

Wow Burt. Here in Lehi it was 79 degrees at 5am. Hot and humid this morning.

From Burt on Tue, Aug 03, 2010 at 10:24:38 from 206.19.214.144

Tracy - only 2.5 lbs. AZDM blew my theory right out of the water.

Chad - the monsoons have cooled us down some here. It's nice. But still humid. And the reason why I posted all that information about my truck is because a) I want see how long I can go without having to refuel, and b) I want to make sure it's really two years before I have to get my next emission test done.

Riverton is looking good! Multi-talented! Burt you're the opposite. You don't look that great and you have no talents.

Wait, maybe one, you can screw with pictures pretty well. :P

Stop hating me because I like Victoria's secret pink. Hater

From AZDesertmonsoon on Tue, Aug 03, 2010 at 11:30:08 from 204.17.31.126

Minor refinement to the theory, that is all. I think you need to test it on a long run, but then you have to keep track of how much you drink.

From Burt on Tue, Aug 03, 2010 at 11:52:38 from 206.19.214.144

Lily - Thanks for the confidence boost. Hey, that gives me an idea for my next little project.

AZDM - Well, you're right about the amount of sweat loss not being linear. So, I'll add more data to the statistical analysis tomorrow.

From ChrisM on Tue, Aug 03, 2010 at 11:54:38 from 86.180.142.232

I think sweat grows exponentially with temperature

From RAD on Tue, Aug 03, 2010 at 17:17:12 from 67.172.229.125

NICE!

From Kelli on Tue, Aug 03, 2010 at 17:50:19 from 71.219.99.30

He could do it, too.

From Marathon Dreamer on Tue, Aug 03, 2010 at 19:03:23 from 68.109.133.145

Good job Burt!! You sweaty dude you!!!

From Lily on Wed, Aug 04, 2010 at 00:35:19 from 67.199.181.73

Burt, anytime!

And if you create another picture of me, someone is going down.

From Scott Wesemann on Wed, Aug 04, 2010 at 10:38:45 from 66.239.250.209

Running with Marathon Dreamer again? Hope you brush your teeth this time.

Showering is not mandatory however.

From ChrisM on Wed, Aug 04, 2010 at 10:44:40 from 86.180.142.232

Showering is empowering

From Burt on Wed, Aug 04, 2010 at 11:05:33 from 68.225.214.248

Teeth brushed - check. Shower - check. Empowerment - double check.

From Rhett on Wed, Aug 04, 2010 at 18:28:42 from 74.32.211.9

Paul is the bomb! I have no doubt he could skip rope for a whole marathon.
