I got raisin toast sittin on 22s!! The pace got away from me early on and I paid for it about 1:45 into it. After about 2 hours I managed to put it back together and finish feeling pretty good. My legs were definitely tired but really not beyond what you would expect ... I'll count it as a success.

My hamstrings were kind of sore once I started running. After a few miles everything loosened up and the run was a nice relaxed way to work out the aches after yesterday.

20 minutes warm up, 7 x 7 minutes with 2 min recovery, 20 minute cool down ... not an easy day!

Easy day on the creek. My legs felt great but I was kind of tired all day.

warm up, 3 x 10 minutes with 2:15 recovery and cool down. I started out feeling pretty poor but the workout itself was really good!

On the creek on a beautiful day. Legs felt great and we get a whole weekend to relax!

Out on the creek and I felt terrible! I knew my stomach was going to be a problem right from the start. I was going to go a little longer, but it just didn't seem work it to slog that one out given how I was feeling.
