Planned Day off again. Enjoyed some walking. My hammy' felt a little tight today as to be expected with the jump in mileage but overall feel good. Look forward to hitting about 50 miles this week.
PM: wanted to do a medium long run 12-15 miles but I was too tired. Did what I could. Felt good the entire time mentally. Legs were just tired. 7:40AP.
