AM: Scott's house with the crew. Great morning for a run. Just felt blah. Left quad hurt pretty bad the whole run. Hopefully goes away on some foam roll. Excited to train again. no watch.

I bet that left quad will heal up pretty quickly. Prob just tweeked it somehow in the 5k. Glad to see you get out at that 5k after Boston. The Provo City races are usually pretty fun with good competition.
