AM:  Got some good rest last night.  Crazy day of emotions and mental crap yesterday.  Pretty tough not seeing my boys.  I know a lot of people have worse problems than me but some days it catches up to me.  So I wanted to do a workout this morning but still not recovered from the race Saturday.  Did 8.25 with a mile at HMP in the middle.  Think I will wait til Saturday and inc some tempo between my LR.  Just cannot afford to get injured again.  More miles tonight... 7:35AP

PM:  6.2 miles. wanted to get some more miles in. Felt really good at a 1/2 mile into the run so decided to open up into a MP effort and see how I felt since I didn't have anything this morning. 6:42 AP for 4.5 miles. I felt comfortable. Glad to get in some kind of effort so far this week. That half took a lot out of me for some reason. 7:15AP

I couldn't imagine not being able to see my boys. You have every right being emotional about it. Let it out. We're all here for ya Spence. It's nice to have running to go out and sort out your emotions. Keep your head up.
