AM:  Met at Orem Soccer Fields for a LR this morning.  Taylor from Addidas had an expo for RC going on so there were a ton of people there at the start and it was really cool to see a lot of friends.  Also passed a lot of friends on the trails.  Really loving running lately.  This morning was fun.  We got turned around at Bridal Vail for avalanche stuff so I decided I was going to pick it up for a bit and just try and get some HMP tempo in.  I need to quit running scared and today was a good start to this.  The guys were kind enough to box me in and keep me at 6:10AP for about 3.25 miles.  Learned some good things today about connecting energy vs. drafting.  Anyways, after a quick pit stop we headed out on Murdock for another 10.  I just kept it at 6:55/7:10 AP and felt comfortable.  All the guys looked very good.  A very enjoyable LR this morning.  7:10AP
