7 miles on the bench above the house. Easy pace to start, moderate to finish, 900 vert. Missing the high trails, gotta get out there tomorrow. Legs were feeling pretty beat early in the week, but starting to come back around.

That's the only thing I hate about pushing myself- the longer leg recovery. Maybe if I wasn't so antsy about getting out and pushing the envelope everyday. Your 7 miles is very noteworthy I have to say. Esp after what you did last weekend.

Thanks Lily, amazing how 7 can feel like 14 on tired legs. I hate resting, so I undrstand your issues with wanting to push everyday. Me too.
