30 minutes on the treadmill - YUK! couldn't bring myself to run in the gunk outside.

sorry to hear you guys are still stuck in the smog, that's a huge bummer.
It makes me grateful to be in Colorado every day I hear people in Utah talking about it. I'm sure it will only make you appreciate the spring/summer that much more.

ya, srping always seems extra sweet after a cold, smoggy, no snow, etc, etc winter like this one. You have to love those mild, clear Colorado winters
