7 miles and 1 hour lifting: 10 minutes elliptical, 20 min jump rope, plank, pushups, 2x3 sets of lunges
long run: 11 miles in 81 minutes or 7:21 minute mile pace!
easy 7 miles in 7:30 minute mile pace or 51 minutes
8 miles in 61 minutes or 7:35 min mile pace and ankle exercises. Feeling very fluish :(
