feeling tired. Easy 7 miles in 53 minutes so maybe 7:35 min mile pace. ankle exercises and stretching
9 miles in 66 minutes or about 7:20 min mile pace. fusion class in the morning
90 minutes pool run: 3 warmup, 3x 2 short intervals, 1 easy, and 2 long intervals at end
8 miles in 61 minutes so about 7:40 min mile pace. Feeling a little tired today, so took it easy
9 miles just under 7:30 pace. still a little sore, but im not sure from what. afternoon spinning class and stretching
9 miles in 67 at just under 7:30 pace. stretching. Did not feel sore today
