Short-Term Running Goals:
Focusing on cardio and strength training so I can push baby out in record time come early spring '15. ;)
Long-Term Running Goals:
Qualify for Boston.
Break 1:40 in the half.
We have a 2 year old girl and we're expecting baby #2. :) I'm a NICU nurse working full-time nights.
3 miles on Bountiful Blvd with the jogger
9 weeks pregnant, feeling better...
We had fun getting outside!
Circuit: 4 rounds of 3 minutes doing these: 3 front squats (85#), 6 tricep extensions, 9 kettle bell swings repeated till the 3 minutes was up, 1 min rest inbetween each round, start again x 4 rounds
20 min elliptical
500 meter row
3 rounds: 10 thrusters (40#), 10 regular push ups
15 mins elliptical, 10 mins stair climber (avg HR 156)
4 rounds: (25 mins, avg HR 149 includes breaks)
3 mile run on the blvd
4 rounds of:
2 x 1 min plank
