City Creek is a great alternative since I will need to be running a lot in the afternoon/evening this summer, especially for the next month.  It's shaded and the creek really cools things off.  Oh, and I love it.

I'm sorry that I wasn't there to go all ninja on any threatening rattlesnakes.

On second thought, I realize that I'm no longer needed anymore. You are all grown up and running city creek by yourself. Sniff!

Keep up the good work! How are your feet?

Oh you're still needed! Always trying push down that constant paranoia and it would be nice to just run. =0)

Feet still have issues and there is always a new pain somewhere... but James rolls my calves with the marathon stick every night I'm home and it really helps. In fact, tonight when I asked if he could roll them he said "only if you roll mine, too" and he was serious! He helped with the maintenance of the SL temple Saturday night for 4.5 hours...going up a very long spiral stair case over and over so his calves are sore LOL!

I would love to come along on a city creek run! I would go on walks/hikes up there with my dad a while back and I love it.

How neat to help with maintenance on the temple! I'd love to go up and down the stairs :) More than anything I'm jealous your hubby will help you roll out. Mine just always says "whatever...you did this to yourself!" :)
