5.5 miles during the hottest part of the day!! It was the only time I had between capstone shift last night and work shift tonight. I was slow, fat, tired, and happy! :) :)

At 2 PM! Wow, you are one tough cookie. I ran at 7:30 AM and I thought it was too hot!

WOW! I don't know how so many of you run in the heat. Crazy madness, I tell you.
Tired and happy ... yes, I believe that.
Slow and fat ... not on your life, Missy!!! :)

Matt - I didn't mention that I had to stop every 1/2 to 1 mile to recover in the shade! I walked 1 mile's worth, too. Haha. :)
Teena - it sounded funny to use the terms "fat and happy" together, doesn't that just sound like a good, jolly time? That's how I felt. :) But really, time to shape things up soon here!!

...although I just looked up my lab results from a blood test on Wednesday...dang Gina, I'm healthy as a lark!! It's fun seeing my own results after learning about lab values for the last 15 months!

Fat and happy - I love it! :) me too!
No wonder your blood results are perfect! I think we are too hard on ourselves, especially as runners always wanting to 'lighten up'. Nice run in the heat of the day! I'm with the others - that is NUTS! Ha! I had to say thanks for 'gang Gina' made me laugh. It's been a while since I've heard that one.
