Went on my run with my mom and dad. I ran at a ten min pace and my parents ran circles around me. It was very chilly... but it was a great run. =D Dad ditched me and mom at the end. Typical. hahahaha! jk

its cool you have parents who run and like to stay healthy.. my dad sleeps, works, and watches tv until he sleeps again. its sad for me to watch this day after day. btw keep it up, you'll be running circles around them in no time ;)
