ran 3 before school, to the spectrum. then 8 after school big loop around web hill.
hard workout today. 1.5 mile warm up, 5x2:00 min hard with 2:00 min recovery in between. 5x1:00 min hard with 1:00 min recovery. 5x0:30 sec hard with :30 sec in between and finish with mile cool down.
