AM - 3 miles early before church - slower paced - even colder today at 17 degrees.

AM - 11 miles this morning from Moundsville up to Glen Dale - out the road along Little Grave Creek - very cold again today at 16 degrees.  My fingers and thumbs got extreme cold at about 8 miles and I could not find a solution even with liners and mittens.  Decent run but really uncomfortable with the cold fingers.  Beard got all frosted-up as well - probably because I was out longer and there was more moisture in the air or something.  

AM - 3 miles easy around the 12th street park running path.  

AM - 3 light miles with Delaney around town in Moundsville before heading over to the other families homes for Christmas visits. 

AM - 4 miles easy with Delaney on our last day in WV before heading home tomorrow.  Had a nice time visiting with family and getting to see Delaney and have couple of runs with her before she heads back to NYC.

AM - 2.5 miles very early before getting on the road back to ATL.   Figured I would be too tired to run later in the day, and so I got up had a short run, made breakfast for everyone glad to get a few steps in as well, because I have cold coming on. 

AM - 4.25 miles on the trail with Dan and the dogs.   Drove through heavy rains nearly the whole journey back home and my cold was worse.  Did not feel up to meeting the guys in the drizzle and cold feeling sick - but Darryl tapped-out that he was sick, and Greg was slow to respond to texts for an agreeable starting time - so Dan met me at the house and we slogged through some very muddy trails and then gave the dogs baths afterwards.
