PM - 7 miles with Finn- the last 3 on the quick side including the "climb" up Glenover in White Columns.  Cooler weather is leading to some faster paces lately.

AM - 3 easy shakeout miles with Finn.  Chilly this morning.  Ran a bit harder over the last 3 days than usual - and thought I could use just a few easy miles this morning.   May run a few more later if time permits.

PM - 5 more miles on the treadmill after my workday.

AM - 5.25 miles with Dan and our dogs - even colder this morning than yesterday - but it felt nice.  Quick yet pretty effortless pace.

AM - 6.25 miles with Dan and our dogs around the golf course.   Made a complete loop of the perimeter.  Grass was frosty/icy and my shoes were slippery - so had to keep the effort a bit cautious.

AM - a little over 5 miles this morning with Finn - partially on the golf course.   Having some progressively more pronounced issues with plantar fasciitis on the left foot this week.

As of tomorrow, I will have run 265 days (since March 1) without a rest day - having run at least 3 miles per day.   Unplanned at the beginning, but it has now sort of evolved into my own personal COVID project - Originally, after having run a few months with no days off, I thought about my goal being 100 days in a row without a rest; and then 200 and then a year.   Now my goal is to run everyday (at least 3 miles) until there is a vaccine in place, distributed and the pandemic can be deemed over.
