AM - got a nice 5 mile shake out run in on the treadmill at the Marriott in Bangalore, India.  If time permits will try to get another run in later today.

PM - was able to squeeze-in another 3.5 miles before a business dinner.  Hoping that the runs will assist in getting me to sleep this evening (10.5 hours time difference from home).

AM - Bangalore - attempted a run outside this morning - very heavy fog/smog acrid air made this more of challenge than I had expected.  Really not very enjoyable, got in about 4 miles.  Would have been better off indoors on the treadmill.  Interestingly, I actually saw another runner outside this time.  I am told that running is not a very common activity or sport and it was the first time I had ever seen anyone else outside running here the couple of times I have been in the country.

AM - tempo treadmill run.  Cold morning in ATL of 25 degrees kept me inside.  2 mile warm up then a little over 4 miles at tempo and then a 2 mile cool down.  Initially was just going to do easy miles following so many miles and hours of travel, but decided since my mileage would be lower this week, perhaps I should get some quality in.

PM - bleah!  Caught a nasty cold - probably from all the travel this week.  Was able to get 5 miles in on the treadmill on a chilly rainy day in ATL.  Family is up for the weekend for house hunting.

Saw a couple of articles/op ed pieces in the WSJ this week on running. Recommend the Stafko one from earlier this week poking fun at runners who feel the need to post 13.1 bumper stickers on their cars. http://m.us.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424052702304448204579186401818882202?mobile=y
