AM - 6 miles easy to moderate on a cool morning before church.

Unexpected day off.  Had to be at work very early and then never had a break to get a run in until after dinner---and then I was unmotivated.

AM - easy 4 miles in the morning before work.  First day of Fall did not miss - had to wear a shirt, due to a bit of a chill in the air.

 

PM - good workout (~successfully executed).  2 mile warm up - then 8 x 800 at 6:20 pace - with alternating 800's at 8:20 pace - followed by fast mile at 6 min pace.  Did this on a treadmill at the gym.  Felt completely solid throughout.  Really enjoyed feeling like I am getting somewhere with my fitness.

PM - 11 miles after work on a cloudy - fall day.  New route - pretty scenery.  Union Hill to Liberty Grove.

AM - Riley came home for the weekend and wanted to go for a run with me this morning - so we did an easy 4 miles on the Milton trail.  Had a dog encounter.  Enjoyed the conversation with her.  I like it that she wants to go for runs with me when she's in town.
