| AM - 6.5 miles with Dan and the dogs. Dan has moved back to GA as his family just could not get comfortable with relocating to Virginia. Happy that he's back.

| AM - 6 miles with Greg and Dan this morning - picked Dan up as he was exiting his new neighborhood and met Greg and his dog at Starbuck. Greg told us of his adventures in Alaska having just returned from a quick camping trip there yesterday for a few days.
I discontinued taking the statin that I have been on for about a year - on Friday. The cardiologist had said although she did not think I have a new blockage but wanted to do a heart catheterization to confirm - that it could possibly be the statin that is causing my symptoms. So, I stopped taking it very next day. Each day have felt progressively better - and today I would have to say I have felt like a million times improved (only slightly exaggerated).
PM - 4 more miles on the treadmill.

| AM - 5.5 miles with Finn - about a third of it on the golf course which was verys soggy from rains overnnight.
PM - lunchtime workout - treadmill Yassos - 6 x 800 at just under 3:10 per rep with around 3 minute recovery. Good workout.

| AM - a little over 5.5 miles with Dan and Finn on the trails before sunrise. Faster pace without Dan's dog, Rosie, who although she's a very sweet dog and eager to please, is not really built for running at faster paces (over 75 lb lab mix). We usually run slower with her and she takes random breaks at times.

| AM - 6.25 miles with Dan and the dogs from his new place near Cambridge HS. The school's cross country team was out running as we got started. Great weather with temps in the upper 50's.

| AM - in Las Vegas for a conference - headed south on the strip for 8 miles and then turned around. Dry but warm upper 80's by the end.
