AM - 5k with Dan and Finn in the neighborhood. I had an early dentist appointment- so did not have time to get any additional miles in. Good to catch up with him after he was out of town over the weekend on a college visit trip with his son in Virginia.

AM - 5.25 miles with Finn in the neighborhood. Cold front pushed through with rain all day yesterday, and it was 20 degrees cooler this morning than yesterday morning. Up late last night watching the Gators win their 3rd National Championship in basketball.

AM - 5.25 miles with Finn starting on the trail and out to Wood Valley and Thompson. Stayed off Freemanville traffic going up the trail is a good option.
