AM - cold drizzle / icy run with Riley and Molly in her new town outside of Boston down to the Delaney watershed pond and trail area.   Molly was off-lead on the trails and had a blast.

AM - 4.25 miles with Dan on the Milton Trail.   Good run for Dan with very little walking for his hamstring.  Quite warm - shirtless run.   Weather coming in midday with thunderstorms expected.

AM - 4 miles on the trail with Dan and the dogs - quite muddy from the rains yesterday - and I took a digger near the end coming down a hill in the woods.  No real harm done.   Need to get another run in later today...too many easy short runs with friends the last several days.

PM - treadmill workout - 6 x 800 at 3:20 pace with full recovery.  Good workout effort - felt solid.  HR drift by the last two up close to threshold at 156-157 but overall in good range.  Nothing hurt and I was not on the limit.

AM - 4 miles very easy.  Heavy legs from yesterday's workout - and it was warm and so much pollen!!!

AM - run with Dan and Finn from Milton HS through Crabapple.   Legs were still heavy from Tuesday's workout and wanted to do something flat.   After the first mile or two, legs felt a little more normal - and this was by far the longest and uninterrupted run for Dan with his hamstring recovery.

AM - 5 miles from Dan's house with the dogs.  Rosie had frequent stops because perhaps of how warm it was today - lots of pollen too.  Legs felt a little heavy even after 3 days!  Good conversation and Dan's hamstring issue seems to have nearly resolved.

AM - 12 miles with Greg on the Greenway.   Expected a couple more to join based on the text string last night, but it was just the two of us, which with Greg translates to a much faster pace than with a larger group.   Most miles were sub 8 after the first one.  Warm but not uncomfortable - lots of pollen to inhale.  Solid tempo like effort.
