PM - on the treadmill.  I have decided that I am not happy with where I am from an aerobic base perspective (its not terrible, its just not where I want it to be).  I recall reading in Lydiard's literature, that once your training moves away from aerobic base training, while you should be able to improve upon other components (AT, LT etc.) you will not improve your aerobic base any further for that training period.  Anyway, I have decided I would rather focus on that aspect for several weeks and hopefully see some improvement there before resuming tempo and threshold training.  Had a good run this evening.

Since longer singles were recommended to my by Andrea, I am seeing good things. I'll still double after workout days and races, but I think 70-80 minutes most days is really. But I don't know. I just keep running doing a little of what works and a little of the new, and hope it works.

Thanks Jason. Just switching gears to fully aerobic efforts has done wonders in just a couple of days. I looked at my blog from May 2012 when I did my last big aerobic build-up and seeing the same things now as then. Whatever works, right?
