PM - again techinically Wednesday morning in BLR but since I plan a second run later I will post it on Wednesday when I get to it.  4.5 miles on the treadmill.  Just not a good outdoor environment for running.  Roads/pavement is inconsistent, the pollution tends to be an irritant and it is easy to get lost - so I have decided to stay indoors on this trip.

I saw "Million Dollar Arm" with Andy yesterday. I feel like I know exactly where you are.

Was it a good movie - I meant to go see it. Btw if you have a need to watch cricket - I can attest that it is readily available to watch on multiple channels at any time of day or night here. Found myself wide awake at 3:30 am and trying to learn the rules of the game last night.

I give it a good solid B. A good rental.

Getting ready for Des News on Thursday. Just running the 10k this year. Remembering your quick in and out last year...

I know - gonna have to plan better to be there next year and stay a few days or at least more than 20 hours.

Thought you were considering the half? Good luck in the 10k!

I'm running a tough trail race next weekend called the Jupiter Peak Steeplechase. It's only 16 miles but the best guys do it in about 2 hours so it's close to a marathon type effort. I thought sticking to the 10k would be prudent.

Plus, I've done the 10k nine times since I was in my late 30s. It's a good yardstick for me.
