PM - 14 miles on a cool rainy afternoon.  Enjoyed the run - always good when you finish a long run feeling like you ran a decent pace, and don't feel as though you are spent for the day.

Yeah - getting there...Finally feeling like I got my legs under me. Was planning add some additional mileage this week, but will be challenged with a business trip to India tomorrow.

Looks like you are having a good bout of training this summer. Gonna miss not being with the Murphys on the Des News race week.

Good luck on the 10k this year.
