AM - a little over 4 miles this morning with Finn before work.  First mile was slow and creaky - but picked up by the last 2.  First time seeing the sun come out in a week.  Supposed to rain later today and through the weekend though.

PM - treadmill tempo.  2 mile warm up then 6 miles at high aerobic pace HRR 75%-80% - which worked out to about 6:47 pace.  Good effort.

the sun was on a leave of absence in england as well. i'm currently trying to capture as much as possible before it disappears again.

we were told it was 68 degrees when landing in ATL yesterday and most of the plane gasped in horror.

Welcome back!

Feels like we've been having UK weather here. "Rainy spells followed by some cloudy spells with some blustery periods with showers widespread..." Is it just me or do the weather reports in England seem less precise than they could be?
