AM - 6 miles easy before getting ready for a backyard barbecue with friends and family.  

PM - 4.25 miles on the golf course with Finn.  We got separated when he was off-lead and although I had him on a radio collar - We could not find each other (probably because  he could not see me and my calls were echoing in the woods).  Anyway it cut the run short.  When I finally reconnected with him he was completely exhausted and panting like a freight train.  We sort of walked and ran the last mile home as he was so tired.    My guess is that he was running all over the place trying to find me and follow my voice and radio collar.   Anyway he’s all good now.
