AM - 16 miles early with the first 4 in the neighborhood with Finn, then I dropped him back at the house and ran to Redd and met Dan and Greg and ran with them for miles 7.6 to mile 14 and then headed home.   Felt decent the whole way - would have liked to have seen a faster pace but otherwise good.
