AM - 10 miles in Hawaii- ran past Diamond Head - with a vague plan to run between 10 and 14 miles - but thanks to some very humid sticky conditions and barely got in 10.  Really tough push to get the last few miles in.

Running around Diamond Head, the Kahala neighborhood and into Waikiki during the early morning is one of my favorite runs ever!!
